Not really. We're instituting a program that looks for the big headlines for each month. The term "Project October" I think simply refers to the process more than the any official project. Bottom line, there's no official project called Proj October, but we are going to incubate dreams for each month from now on.

As of now, each P3 team will present their take on the next month by the 15th of the current month. So, P1 will bring the results of their dream incubation, P2 will bring their releasable creative headlines and missions, and DFs will bring the latest DreamBot linguistics. Then the team representatives will consolidate info and publish a report for the next month.
