I saw this too. Sit back and wait but have your seat belt on.
For example-
I had a physical manifestation of this on Sat night 8/23-Sun morning8/24 around 3 a.m. or so.
I had the wind knocked out of me to where I had to take a very deep breath to get centered again.... then my bed and room began to shake!!
I saw the pyramid that hangs above my head sway and held onto my mattress as I've never been in an earthquake before.
It lasted about a minute.
Not sure why I didn't get up and run out the door to the deck. After it stopped I rolled over to go back to sleep telling myself I must have dreamt it.
I live in Washington state.
The next morning my sister called to tell me she was literally in a 6.1 quake a few miles south of Napa, CA. She lives in Sonoma, CA. It was around the same time as my "dream"?
I take NOTHING for granted these days.
My inner 'tuner' is on over drive.
