Group of 10' Tall African American Women
#1
Intention: July news event

Again, I have trouble remembering the details. I was in a car in a downtown area on the way to meet up with friends to go to the museum. The weather was warm and sunny, typical for a July. As I was at a stop light, I looked at the driver window and a person was jaywalking by my car, and her thighs were at the level of my head as I was seated. I gasped, thinking she must be at least 10' tall, and then as she walked by there were a total of 3 or perhaps 4 African-American women with her, all of similar height, wearing jeans and lightweight shirts. I could overhear their conversation, which was focused on their husbands. They seemed nonchalant, whereas I was the one shocked at what I was seeing.

In searching the internet, 8' 1 3/4" is the tallest woman in recent history. Perhaps this dream is metaphorical.

There is a TV reality show on now called "My Giant Life" about women over 6' tall. Maybe you were picking up on that show?

These are men, and probably just a distorted Google Earth image, but fascinating nonetheless! (And I'm wondering if it's a distorted image, why we haven't been seeing more of these all along...)

Yes,Eagle, I thought as well maybe 10' woman refers to a prominent or well-known woman. Time will tell!

Thanks, Julie, I wasn't aware of this. Surprised that a female 6'6" - 6'9" is considered a giant. Maybe because I have a 6'6" son and he doesn't seem abnormally tall to me!

Thanks, GG, that photo has the men just at the height I envisioned, with their thighs at the height of the driver's heads. Probably an optical illusion, but that is similar to the sizes I saw.

Interesting though, TB, hadn't thought of that at all!
