Hi all,
Been a while I know but it is quite a stressful time for me and my family at present.... EU Referendum just another source of stress. So onto my Dream (DreamBurst)

I decided to google it, it refers to a man who had dealings with the NHS here in the UK in 1961 with regards to the peoples contributions..... I believe it may refer to the up and coming change of our Prime Minister October 2016 and a future increase in the contributions to the NHS..... A major Tax hike.
