Work, friends, change money, remembering Nazi times
#1
Two scenes to my dream:
1. I was going back and forth to work. On the way I would see friends and chat. We would also drop change money on the floor for the cleaners to pick up. Sometimes the floor mats were covered in thick layers of change - the cleaners probably worked overtime, but it was worth it. I often saw them meticulously scraping the money out of the pockets between the fibers in the mats, cleaning out every single coin.
2. I was talking to two guys on a bench outside and had a hard time hearing them and conversing with them. I was talking about how many people were living here (in America) with Swedish surnames. I was feeling grateful for being a "Natori" (or similar word, don't know it's meaning or exact pronunciation, it was not an English or Swedish word).
I was then telling the guys about how tough it was for some of my family that fled from Germany to Sweden during Nazi times and how my mom would have to hear the words "Hitler wh**e" and "Nazi wh**e" yelled after her where she would walk.
