I was watching a man be arrested by 2 cyborg cops. the man is white with short dark brown hair. he is struggling to get away. the cyborgs are wearing white armor. they were at the portal I saw in the earlier vision. I cant tell if they caught him in the facility and arrested him or if they were about to throw him in it?
