I had this dream 1-2 years ago. This was a very vivid and shocking dream to me, unlike any other I've ever had.
I was at work in a high rise building in a large downtown city, possibly Chicago, although the layout was a bit different. After work, I walked to the train station to commute home, and I crossed over a river.
I looked up to see a plane hovering over the river at a low altitude of possibly a few hundred feet. I could see the pilot, and was under the impression the plane and pilot were Russian.
The plane started to move forward and I started to run. As I was running further down the street, more low flying Russian aircraft became visible,
and they started strafing the people and the vehicles in the street. People were dying all around me, and as I attempted to escape, I was shot and killed, and the dream was over.
