Question for everyone....have we been seeing an uptick in the various storm dreams? I'm wondering if this is seasonal as we head into another storm season?

I've got a recent post/url somewhere that is predictive for an after effect of the geoengineering
of California/southwest weather.
Now El Nino is on the horizon promising to bring a deluge (of sorts) to the
drought ridden areas. Some of it matches the 'water' element of Project September.
