I am driving my car down a busy interstate when I realize that my brake light is on. I pull over to the side to see if I can release it, when I realize that traffic is gridlocked and everyone is getting out of their vehicles.
I get out too, and follow everyone down what has now become more of a two-lane road with lots of foliage on either side. The road curves and dips down to the left and goes under an overpass.
There are people on the overpass, and they're putting what looks like a brownish red putty all over it. Someone in the crowd says that the government is making them do it. There is a lot of talk about what the substance is (someone else says the government said it's safe and ok), when someone else pipes up and says it looks like explosives, everyone should back up.
