I've been searching for Subliminal Text Message Software to train myself to do Reality Checks.   But they all seem to be old and not compatible with Windows 10.  Has anyone found similar software compatible with Windows 10?

You'll want Audacity. It's free on CNET, and you can lay down as many tracks on top of each other as desired. For subliminal work, you need a primary track that is the main volume and then the subliminal track will be barely perceptible. I"m using Win 10 and Audacity works on my machine.
