1. Coaches parked a man running between them.
2. A-Z Plan.
3. A soldier in full combat attire.

Short I know but most of late have been of a personal nature. These being not so, I'd say War but it could also be withdrawal?

Might be about the virus.
Coaches have transferred people from evacuated countries to and from airports and the uniforms could be about US airbases where quarantined people are staying. A-Zplan? Well, I am sure they are implementing what they havens coming up with new ones.
