Sleep Aid - Cassandra - 05-08-2015
Does anyone use a Sleep App? I am looking for a Sleep App that will help me sleep through the night without blocking my dreams. I dream A LOT so when my alarm goes off I feel like I am just getting back to my bed to sleep. I was ok with it when I was younger, however now that I am in my late 50's my body doesn't deal with it as well. I don't want to take medication. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

I would like to know about one of those apps also but I want a cd. I suffer insomnia and have a weird sleep pattern.
