mortgage fraud lawsuit - Grafia - 11-08-2010
I am currently suing my mortgage company and MERS for fraud and to stop the foreclosure.
My dream was that I opened a notice from the court and the judge dismissed my case.
this dream came true a month later. case is still open, appeals and discussions continue.
