Drought on Campus - Shelly - 05-03-2014
I am at the Penn State University (main campus location). I am there to attend some type of event. As I drive on Campus the grounds look brownish in color like there is a drought happening. The campus lacks activity--I don't see any students or people walking around. I am at the event. There is a huge amount of food left over from dinner. I keep saying to myself that it is important that this food be saved and not be thrown away. It seems very important to me that the food be saved. I am now outside on campus. I see a car with a license plate. On that license plate is the word "GREEN" in all black letters (in all caps).
