P1_05 Delayed Military Benefits - Iris - 09-30-2014
I had a very brief dream; I saw that the military definition for the length of time between a soldier going MIA (or maybe KIA) and the time the family receives benefits is lengthened, or delayed by several weeks. I believe this means that military benefits of some type will be delayed or deferred.
