I was in a familiar upstairs bedroom, got up out of bed and came downstairs. There was so much noise and people in the house, I decided to go across town to my Mothers house to sleep. As I opened the front door, I stepped into the house on the other side of town. This startled me into waking up, because it felt like I was sleep walking.

The ideas of dream walking vs astral projecting is your astral body will seem like it is sleep walking.
