Saw this before I was fully awake. I saw a drawing or photo of a man with this foot on the back of a alligator. Then I saw the words "Francois Cue Puise". Nor sure about the first word.

Funny, 'Francois que puise' would be 'Frank can draw', in other words, someone is scribbling and saying 'hey, Frank can draw'...as in draw crocodiles.
Priceless, when others doodle and you are the audience. Happens to me often.
