My interest was piqued at the 'illness' aspect of the dreams. I connected that with Prince's cause of death allegedly a 'flu', which if a chemtrail can affect millions very conveniently and with impunity. hmmmmm
Interesting that his 'end' came smack in the middle of the season of Beltane. A sacrifice perhaps versus a suiciding of a vocal problem (no pun intended) to the 'establishment?

In terms of blood sacrifice, it doesn't necessarily have to be done in a ritualized setting. All that matters is the blood of innocents is shed. So look for any sort of massacre, like the recent massacre in Ethiopia:
