For the past couple of weeks I've found it difficult to concentrate at work. I've tried listening to various meditation music and it would give me a headache. Finally found this Youtube that started working after about 30 seconds and no headache. If anyone tries it, let me know how it worked for you.

Thanks Julie, I've been having the same issues ever since we moved into a new office space in November. Too many distractions, office way too open and leaves me feeling EXPOSED. This place just has a weird vibe to it. Now made worse by the constant pain I'm in.

Harmonious and peaceful like being near a waterfall or even in these crowded days, near an inside water feature.
It brings to mind the Desiderata about loud people being a vexation to the soul. This is the opposite. Glad it's working for you and hope you both get better vibes at work, Goldengirl. Julie, glad this is working for you. I see why.
