Wide awake at 2:00 AM - Cassandra - 07-29-2016
I have been wide awake since 2:00 am. When this happens there is something I need to pray about. So I get up, make tea and just pray for everything I can think of. When I checked the news around 6:30 am, I saw that 2 more police officers were shot, this time in CA. Happened about 11:00 pm last night. My stomach is all messed up now from my nerves. I am either going to gain lots of weight from all the eating I'm doing or find a doctor that will give me some old fashion Valium. I feel sympathy for people who are highly sensitive empath's and can feel all the chaos going on right now.

I thought it was just me, i woke up at 2:10am this morning.... couldn't go back to sleep.
I didn't check the news though... i don't want to hear any more bad news, the dreams will tell me if there is something i need to know, other wise... i am blind for now.
I think I need a little bit of stillness in my life.
