Is it really a gift? - Cassandra - 07-25-2017

I am venting today about so-called gifts. I think I've mentioned here on NDC about how crows tell me when someone I know is going to pass on. Yesterday I heard 1 loud caw from a crow and immediately thought, I wonder who I know is going to pass on. Then I went about my business and didn't think about it again. Today I found out one of my favorite reality TV show stars passed away yesterday. It was Preston in Mountain Men. Sniff Sniff, I'll miss seeing him on the show.

So now I am thinking, just what is the purpose of the crows signaling me? I just don't know anymore. Thanks NDC for listening. Tongue

I have thought of you often when I see crows (or are they ravens, so hard to tell). I have regular visitors in my back yard, a few each day. Yesterday while we were in Colorado, I saw at least 20 together on a golf course . I have never seen so many. In fact, I have been seeing more and more over the last year in general. Mare than I ever remember. Anyone else think there are more around lately? I only hear them caw once or twice a week.

There are times when I hear them cawing and it's just normal cawing. Then there are the "someone will pass away" caws. Those are have a distinctive strong feeling to them. I don't know how else to explain it. Guess I've gotten used to hearing it so I automatically pay attention.
