Terrible Flood in My Neighborhood - Kelley - 05-09-2018
Dreamed there was a flood in my neighborhood. I kept going outside to look down the street at the rising water. Finally one time when I went out I saw a 2-story house topple over and wash away. I ran inside my house and told everyone "Hey, a 2 story house just washed away!". Based on the greenness of the foliage, I would say it was Spring to mid-Summer. Although some Summers we do get steady rain and there is no drought-related yellowing of the foliage.

Oh jeeze, house washed away. Did you feel emotions in the dream or did you feel like you were simply reporting the facts of what you are seeing?

I felt the excited dread that comes with a situation like that- I've already lived through a couple of pretty bad hurricanes so I know what they are like and I associate flooding with hurricanes. But it wasn't overwhelming like some dreams where you wake up and still feel it.

I live in Texas near enough to the Gulf Coast to be affected by hurricanes.
