Well, you know, all the switches and circuit breakers tie together....

When I had my dream, I admitted it was personal, too, in that I had to shut things down or I would blow a breaker.
Like I mentioned somewhere else, dreams can be combos as in personal aligning with mass consciousness.
I'm not seeing anything right now in the Bot Runs.

I keep coming back to Sherriann and Ure's electrical outage.
Whether it happens in a bathroom (comic relief?) or elsewhere, there is a meme here that is tied in
to several others. It is a tapestry weaving its own colorful design. We are getting pieces of the new
design without seeing the entire finished product.
I would venture to suggest revisiting annual Predictions to see how it all unfolded. So far much is startlingly accurate.

Any circuit breaker or lights out, may all be tied together with a sky event (that could have a variety of genesis reasons) that also triggers an earth, oceanic event, that results in lights out.
After all, the alleged Navy (ahem) or  UFO event in California over the weekend was a convenient teaser.

Looking at the Paris situation from a metaphorical view, the flow of migrant energies is being stymied while countries take security action and/or undertake serious reviews of their security and immigration policies.

Tossing out a thought: While it's likely "circuit breaker" means exactly that, it's also likely there's another way to read the phrase because "circuit" has more than one meaning. And one thing we're learning from both the dreams and the bot is that there is usually more than one way to interpret the linguistics and still have each interpretation be correct.

Also, there is this definition of circuit and when looked at in a way other than what we would normally think as a circuit of performances having to do with entertainment such as a particular band's circuit of performances - an established itinerary of events or venues used for a particular activity, typically involving public performance....there could well be more to come.

I had a circuit breaker moment at the hotel. Climbed the stairs with a couple of bags, hauled them all the way down the hallway to my room, put the bags down, inserted the card that worked this morning, and ......red light. Card no workie. Insert repeatedly....now nothing. Not even a red light. Pick up bags, and take the same route back to the front desk. Attendant says, "Well normally this happens when the card has been next to a cell phone." Nope. My key was in my back pocket the entire day, and cell phone nowhere near it. So, so somehow my room key experienced a circuit breaker moment sometime today.

I've had that happen and was told it was because the battery in the reader needed to be replaced. Maintenance changed out the battery and I was able to get into the room.
