This morning was thinking about that saying, "Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it." Our free republic isn't perfect and yet it's still a lot better than communism. I am old enough to remember the stories I was told about WWII and communism. I remember being told in school, "don't complain about the lunch we serve, there are children in communist countries who are going hungry". In the 60's we grew up learning about communism. I don't know if they still teach about it in schools today.
