My guess is that any and everything negative aboug DHS will come out right now because there's a push to defund and shut the whole agency down. We did fine without it for many years and a lot of us do not want DHS. They won't explain why they bought billions of bullets last year. Even bullets bought in the name of "NOAA?!" insanity, IMO.

There is mention in the last link of a DHS official arrested in California. What an embarrassment- happened a while ago but is brought up again to air that dirty laundry just as DHS is getting funding cut. Wonder why?
