If taking Group 1 literally, sounds like researchers invent a powder med, vaccine (which has already been done, think it was 2010) etc...they announce it maybe even with press conference, then realize it's already been done.
LOL Group 3, so that's why "harry" has been getting knocked around! His security has been "obscure." Well yeah, not doing a very good job for him. "animal kind" well if that goes with "harry security" then his security has been no better than a pet's.
