This is an excellent article explaining the other side of the Greek debacle and the role the IMF and The European Union have in creating this nightmare economic situation.
I see layers of dreams that people have had, Windy in particular,  sprinkling through this story. Perhaps some of what is written will ring a bell with those of you who came before I was on this board. Maybe something  Project Ano related?
