queens prank theft ring stop train
A gang or group of thieves who uses subways is either stopped (caught) or causes the subway to stop. Perhaps the theft occurs at a subway stop. The location would be Queens, NY. Alternately, it might have to do with a Queen getting robbed and a train being involved.
