In the loser section, (male error ivory office), I would think that means a male made an error at the white house/oval office. I wonder what type of error? Perhaps it has to do with (secret agent swimming), which might have to do with the Secret Service White House incident with the crash. I am sure the agent in charge the day of the accident at the W.
