Intention: October news

Dreamed there was a ruling on basketball scoring, somehow changing how points are made, and I had the thought that more points could now be made in a game.  I then envisioned the basketball net, and I don't know if that is related to the first image/thought or if that means there will also be a ruling on the net, rim or perhaps backboard.

Wow, there was a ruling on scoring that could lead to more points per game (I don't even follow sports, so this is kind of amazing to me):
