elevator blonde terrorist landscape seated demons corridor assistance
-sounds like an uptick in terror happening in a Nordic country like Sweden or Norway. Maybe a pathway for terrorists through recent migration to countries which have a more "blonde" population. The demons which are already present will be helping get new terrorists into these countries, maybe "vouching" for them as they enter.

I would guess the Eastern US coast or China/Japan, as these areas have already been hit hard. They want sunny days to dry out, not more storms.
unexpected kennedy crossing -yes this could certainly be Patrick crossing the line of what is expected of a "Kennedy" to keep family honor in regards to disclosing the mental illnesses. It is also possible that an unexpected Kennedy death might occur.
fence random perhaps hurt lake city- could be day residue of S. Carolina dams breaking and breaching. It could also foretell of more breaking on the way.
