the CERN explosion was untrue.  I wasn't ever able to find out the source of the rumors but i have been watching them and they are definitely still operating and havent stopped, except briefly to make the modiifications necessary to ramp up to lead collisions.

they ramped up power from 13 TeV to 1100 Tev for the collisions of the much heavier lead particles.  since that time there have been increased reports of strange apparitions in the skies and bizarre behavior of earths magnetosphere.

Thanks for the update, it's good to have facts, such as they are. But to play Devil's Advocate, would we really know if there had been anything wrong? We know the media posts what they want us to hear....
