Dreaming brain rhythms lock in memories

I've got to checkout your link. I am glad to read that such an article even exists and can't wait to find out if our rhythm is off or something, when we fail to remember them.

I had a great night's sleep last night, and it was much needed. I slept four hours solid, and with a very quick awakening, slept six solid hours after that which for me is amazing. But could not recall my dreams even though I knew I had just been dreaming, dangit.
