No hot water!

I woke up in strange house. I was on my way to the bathroom for hot shower/shampoo. Other people just laughed at me because they knew there wasn't any hot water. When I discovered this, I came up with plan B. I would heat some water in a kettle on the stove, then mix it with big pot of the cold water, lean my head over the (kitchen) sink & dip into the warm water with a cup & somehow get my hair washed...then take some sort of sponge bath. I woke up grateful for my hot shower...something I take for granted. Also felt like this "camping out" type experience may become all too real.
