Battleground Baltimore

This dream had me onWollf Street in Baltimore city. There were soldiers there who were not American and they where mean, threatening and very well armed. Something up the street occurred and these foreign soldiers were walking past me like I was invisible. They appeared to be some type of Hispanic origin and they had obliviously had been beaten pretty badly. One was sitting on the sidewalk with torn clothing and I was standing over and behind him and he was saying that the battle for the city was lost and he wanted to go home. Is this a sign about urban warfare with foreign forces in our cities?
