The dream came to me as I was falling asleep and I saw billowing, endless black clouds of burning oil. I regarded what I was seeing and felt the magnitude and scope of destruction. I was overwhelmed by the sorrow of this and felt to go further would mean no sleep for that night. The Gulf oil rupture happened two days later and I knew the scope of this disaster.

I feel earthquakes all the time over the world. It's nice to know other people feel them. The past week the earth feels like a pressure cooker with a lid on. Maybe Iceland's large volcano is about to erupt with a blast.
