This dream was much longer than the dogs on skateboards part, but I don't remember much beyond being outside in a large park with tall trees and some hills. The grounds were wide open and easy to get around in with people hanging out here and there.
After a long sequence of walking around and talking with people I remember coming across a flat part of the park with tennis courts and paths. All around me were small dogs like dachshunds and beagles riding skate boards. I was trying to get somewhere now outside of the park and this was near the edge. There were no people watching after the dogs, just them skating all over, pushing with both paws on one side and zooming around me and each other.
