Dreamt that I was looking up at the sky and there was construction of huge "bracelet", a huge metal structure that looked like a metallic bracelet and my mind referred to it as "The Bracelet", being placed into the upper atmosphere for protection from something. Everyone on the planet was participating in the project. There was a sense of peace and stillness with the people but it was also like the calm before the storm feeling.
