Insect under skin

I was looking at my hand (top portion). There was a small button near the index finger. I picked at it and a insect came out and flew away. I don't know what type of insect it was. Then I was in a room and this guy asks how many came out. I said four. He says "that's not good".
End of dream.

The insect didn't bother me. It was the idea of something under the skin bothering me.
