Here's what I'm thinking:
If something big is going to happen with the CERN (i.e., gates of hell are going to open), they'll orchestrate a super big headline just ahead of it. Working in reverse, then, if a big chaotic headline doesn't come out between now and say, June timeframe, then nothing will happen with the CERN experiment. If, however, a big headline appears (I'm talking of the likes of 9/11), then chances are very high that a hidden catastrophe at CERN is a go.
How's that sound?

I have been reading warnings concerning CERN based on The CHANI Project. An excerpt from NEXUS magazine states, "During the years 1994 to 1999, a group of researchers from an organization/corporation, which I will call RAND and Associates, or RA, had access to an underground CERN-like collider facility in Africa (the location is still classified). Guys, this is incredible stuff! Regardless if any of it comes true, does everyone realize just how closely our material matches so much of the content in that article? Particularly the timing on all this.....the dream linguistics have been warning of the Cancer timeframe, and to see that the entity was warning about that precise timeframe over 2 decades ago. Mind boggling to say the least!
Okay, elders need to really break this stuff down and start comparing the material with our dreams and dream linguistics. For one, I'm remembering last Fall when we saw a very strange JULY lingo appear (I think it was October?), and so we conducted a mini incubation for July 4th, 2015 back in October.
I'm thinking that this new info warrants a whole new project like Project August. I think we call it Project ConCERNed. Like I said earlier, if this CERN disaster is a go, then one or several big headlines WILL manifest earlier that don't have anything to do with CERN....and that will be designed to hide the disaster. I can see some big headlines in the entity's predictions that go along with many of the memes we've seen recently. I really like how the entity recommends that we don't believe anything if the lead-up events don't pan out. We have lots of dates to work with here.
I'm going to reinstate P1 immediately, and Sherriann and I will work together on designing how Project ConCERNed will flow. Sadly, I think we may actually have to delay the new website because of this or simply keep the old and new sites both open. I haven't figured that out yet. Stay tuned....

ECHELON is/was a secret global interception program, not sure how it relates to all this. From my understanding it should read something like TOP SECRET//CODE - CODE
AFRICOM was initiated in around 2000 only, not in 1994-1999

I'm still not convinced that CHANI is real and/or that all of CHANI's material is laid out as what really happened, and I'm not saying this because of Illogical's comment. My confusion comes in with CHANI talking about Obama, but in 1994, wasn't Obama actually named Barry? This is a make or break for me. If CHANI was indeed seeing 2015, then of course, he would see the name Obama, so that is no surprise. However, all the political figures were nested and in position in 2011 when the article was written, so who knows whether this was made up or real?
Here's something to think about, and take a long meditative consideration on this. Is it pure coincidence, or has the DreamBot tapped into the same CHANI figure?
