Flu/nuclear detonation

My dream started in a minivan. I was in the front passenger seat. Driving the car was a friend who is a chiropractor and very healthy. In th eback seat were two other friends who are very unhealthy. As we are driving along, both friends in the back seat start to vomit and ooze blood from their eyes and nose. I tell the driver to stop so we can help them and he keeps on driving saying "they are beyond hope". At this point the dream cuts over to just the driver and myself standing next to the minivan. We are both facing east looking over a very flat farmland with mountains behind us - very much like south central PA just east of the Appalachians. In the distance we both watch several nuclear detonationsgo off simultaneously. The dream ended there.
