Tsunami of the crust

A few years ago, I had another dream where A person was standing in a metropoliton area It reminded me of Japan. I could see an overpass in front of me then a way within the crust could be seen coming from a distance and was literallydestroying everything. Everything was being thrown into the air like if you were to take a blanket and flap it. The person became trapped under the steel of the overpass. Strangely I saw no one else.
