Global Health Care Passed

This morning I awoke from a dream where people were gladly about to pay taxes in order to make healthcare available to everyone in the world. Several years ago I had a dream where the President announced global healthcare had been passed and so everyone was celebrating..but this one was different. It felt kind of like a followup to the previous dream from years ago.
