July 23 bridge explodes

I was hovering a few hundred feet above a body of water (either a river or a bay) looking down on a big bridge spanning over the water. Cars were busily driving over it in both directions. I focused on the flashing red lights (helicopter warnings) on top of the bridge's pier. As I was looking, the bridge exploded in the centre, collapsing from the middle of the water towards the extremities of the bridge.
