Whoo-whoo time.

Almost forgot to post this. Last week, can't remember the day, I was in my house, walking from the living room to the kitchen. There is a curtain hanging in the doorway of the living room, then a short hallway, then the door to the kitchen. As I put my hand on the curtain to open it I heard and felt loud footsteps running out of the kitchen. It felt like they (maybe more than one) were not paying attention and I caught them by surprise.

Of course I looked around and saw nothing. The kitchen door was locked and the windows were closed. It was daylight and the kitchen is very bright, lots of natural light so there was no way I would have missed seeing a solid human or an animal.
