I'm putting up an announcement for a friend who's nearing the end of her career as a dream publications editor. In fact, she's looking for a new owner of the sites and publications that she has painstakingly put into existence the past 25 years. Here's what's offered:

• The publication name/brand/history and goodwill of advertisers, readers, etc.
  
• The Website
  
• 5 URLs
  
• An easily brought up-to-date Business Plan which could be used as a tool for securing investors/revenue
  
• All relevant emails  and snailmail lists (I use Mac's email software program: MAIL and have a number of lists in Word, Excel
  
• Templates of each issue, PR and ad documents, etc. (created in Adobe In Design/on Macintosh)
  
• Healthy inventory of back issues/hard copy
  
• My time as long as it's needed to help with start-up, e.g., training, consultation, etc.
