(Score Format = WHAT-WHERE-WHEN)
WHAT: 3.5 out of 5 -- This one is very difficult to score because for the first time, even though the dream itself seems to be a perfect match for the picture I'm about to show, the dreamer actually rules out snow as a possible reason for all the white everywhere. Interestingly, snow is not really a main focus of the resulting real-world storm, but rather ICE. Nonetheless, the dreamer sees a very large swath of the world engulfed in white, which would normally garner a very high score.
The title of the dream was absolutely correct...a big storm that would make the whole northern hemisphere white. Well, a picture is worth a thousand words. Note that the title of the picture, which came from NASA, is called "Northern Hemisphere White.jpg" ...
Â
WHERE: 4 out of 5 -- northern hemisphere was a direct match to NASA's picture, but the more correct storm location was the North American continent.
WHEN: 2 out of 5 -- "around the beginning of the year," is sufficient to establish that the dream happened within the same season as what was predicted. Therefore, 2 points.
Therefore, this dream/news combo receives the following score: 3.5 - 4 - 2
- Well done, California Kevin!! Very nice start!
