Vivid Colors

Was riding in a car when out the window I noticed a vivid red color in the otherwise bright green colored water to the side of the road. Had to stop and get out to take a digital picture of the phenomena, as it looked so wild. Tried two times to take a picture of a particular red spot in the water and each time apparently the red matter was moving so quickly as to not be able to be caught on the camera.
