In a restaurant of some sort

Sadly I can't remember many details, but it was definitely on topic. I believe I was the owner of the restaurant, but I may have been a customer. I started and was sitting in a booth, the typical 4 person vinyl cushion seats with a straight table that you get at a Denny's or IHOP. The restaurant had a feel like that - a diner of sorts. I was talking to somebody else, not a waitress, but the person was not seated. We were discussing something that was coming, but now I can't remember what.

I later found myself up at something more like a bar, again with the vinyl seats. These were the round type that spin. A place where a single eater could eat. I was talking to somebody again about something that was coming, but I can't remember what.
