Partially melted snow still the gorund in the middle of summer

I dreamed Obama was still on the golf course and it was the middle of summer but there was still snow on the ground which had not melted yet someone telling  him it's time to leave. Does this portend to a year without a summer like the one they had back 1816 after the eruption of mt tambora(which they estimate to have been100 times bigger than mt st helens in1980) in indonesia.

What I find interesting is that it's Obama. He should be gone by next summer. Unless something happens to the election, or state of the country, before then.
